Readmission of Former Students

Degree students who are absent from the university for three or more consecutive trimesters must formally apply for readmission. Applicants for readmission meet the admission requirements in effect at the time of readmission. Students seeking readmission should obtain an "Application for Admission" form and submit it to the Admissions Office with the appropriate fee. Official transcripts from all other institutions attended in the interim must also be forwarded to the Admissions Office in sealed envelopes. Students who were on academic probation at the time they left the university may be readmitted, but they remain subject to probation-retention guidelines in effect when they left the university. Readmitted students will be subject to the degree requirements in effect at the time of readmission.
