All GGU Students

First Deadline for Financial Aid Application is March 17, 2008 for students who plan to enroll in summer 2008 and have not yet been offered aid. Students must be fully admitted to a degree or certiicate program and maintain half-time enrollment status. Please complete the 2007-08 FAFSA and the 2008-09 FAFSA http://www.fafsa.ed.gov and a Golden Gate University 08SU-08FA FinAid App If you apply after April 28, 2008, it may delay financial aid processing until after the start of summer 2008 classes. Students who submit their applications after April 28, 2008 are required to make payment arrangements with Student Accounting Services to cover their balance before the first day of class. Repeat courses may not be used to determine half-time enrollment status for financial aid awarding.

Changing enrollment units or terms/trimesters

When students receive financial aid award letters, the calculations are based upon the information provided on the GGU Financial Aid Application. Any change in the enrollment of units or terms/trimesters may cause a student to become ineligible for all or part of their awarded financial aid. Financial aid funds may have to be returned and the student may end up owing GGU the amount of returned funds. If you are going to change your enrollment in any way, please contact your GGU Financial Aid Advisor before the change is made.
