GGU Professor Kit Yarrow's New Book: Gen BuY
Friday May 22, 2009
This Spring, Kit Yarrow one of our outstanding faculty members at Golden Gate University, is publishing a book: Gen BuY: How Tweens, Teens, and Twenty-Somethings Are Revolutionizing Retail. Her co-author is USA Today reporter Jayne O'Donnell.
The book explores the buying habits and significance of Generation Y -- those born between 1978 and 2000.
Publisher's Weekly gave the book a rave review saying, "This enlightened book is a must-read for all who hope to keep their companies relevant and viable."
We have read a great deal about the silent generation, and the baby boomers, Gen X and Gen Y. This book helps you take that next step. Those of us in almost every stage (and walk of life) should find this "generational revolutionizing" of keen interest and also a useful tool in working with people of all ages.
I urge you to take a look at it -- it will be time well spent.
