LAW 803B - Commercial Finance (Section: LS1)

Description: This introduction to the law of basic business financing covers the rules regulating lenders and the manufacturers, dealers, and consumers who borrow from them (and from one another) in our modern credit economy. This is also an introduction to the commercial world for students unfamiliar with elementary business practices. It is strongly recommended for anyone planning to represent business clients in litigation or commerce. The course covers Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code.
