The Academe at 198

The Academe at 198 is the newest addition to the Academic Village featuring state-of-the-art, competitively priced housing for students from institutions across the Bay Area. Residents may select furnished apartments that range from efficiencies to two-bedroom units.

All residents have full access to the Academic Village, including meeting/study rooms, classrooms, the library, recreation facilities, lounges, a café, and retail.

Rooms on floors nine and higher typically have views.

Minerva University

Dormitory-style housing offers single, triple, and quad bedrooms within walking and biking distance to GGU. Located near Union Square, shopping, and ample public transit.

Rooms are furnished with high-speed internet access and 24-hour security. There is a communal kitchen, on-site laundry, common lounges, a study area, and bike parking.

Park Merced

Located near SFSU, about 9 miles from GGU, this apartment style living community offers the conveniences of city living in a more serene environment than the city center. Public transportation is available with typical transit times of about 45 minutes each way.
