Who is eligible for this service?
Only current GGU law students, faculty and staff are allowed to submit request for electronic reference services.

What is the expected response time?
Queries are examined daily, Monday through Friday. You may expect a response within 1-2 business days of submitting a request.

What type of questions may be answered?
We will try to provide factual information such as a date, name, citation, or other specific details. In addition we will also try to provide information and suggestions about appropriate resources for further research.

What types of questions are appropriate for electronic reference services?
Legal research. If you require an answer immediately, or need assistance with some in-depth research project, please contact our reference librarians directly by visiting the Reference Desk during normally operating hours, or email mdaw@ggu.edu.
