Ainsley has a BA in Criminology, an M.S. in Educational Psychology and spent 20+ years at Hewlett Packard as a software developer, business process consultant and project manager before launching on her own. While at HP she initiated and led the Retrospective and Agile Special Interest Groups. Ainsley is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrummaster (CSM).
Ainsley’s consulting work is focused on development of sustainable environments for learning and continuous improvement, and includes methods such as chartering, retrospectives, Open Space Technology, and World Café. She speaks at conferences, facilitates public workshops and teaches a variety of Agile Management courses.
