Ainsley Nies has spent more than twenty years at Hewlett Packard as a software developer, business process consultant and project manager before launching on her own. While at HP, she initiated and led the Retrospective and Agile Special Interest Groups. Nies is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrummaster (CSM).
Nies's consulting work is focused on development of sustainable environments for learning and continuous improvement, and includes methods such as chartering, retrospectives, Open Space Technology, and World Caf. She speaks at conferences, facilitates public workshops and teaches a variety of Agile Management courses.
