Carl Martin has 24 years of business experience, with 21 years in the chemical industry. In the late ‘90’s he ran a business for an international chemical producer that indoctrinated him to the world of global trade. From that point on, Mr. Martin’s focus has been offshore sourcing, supply chain management and marketing. He is a partner in Connection Chemical, LP, a business sourcing raw materials and food ingredients from all over the world for supply to North American manufactures. As a partner, Mr. Martin is involved in every facet of the business and has personally visited over 100 suppliers throughout the world as well as every one of the over 100 customers they support. Mr. Martin brings extensive experience to the Principles of Operations Management, along with timely perspective in the evolution of the field.
