Christopher Lynch, Vice-President for Economic Development and Tourism at the Irvine Chamber of Commerce, oversees the Chamber programs to attract, retain and incubate businesses in Irvine as well as to promote tourism. In 2012, he was named Small Business Champion of the Year by the Orange County/Inland Empire district office of the Small Business Administration.
From 2004-2009, Mr. Lynch directed the economic development and governmental affairs programs of the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce, including an award winning series of entrepreneur-investor conferences.
