PROFESSIONAL AND TEACHING EXPERIENCE
Golden Gate University, adjunct professor since 2002.
Professor Donald began his career at International Paper Company in New York, where he was the Assistant Treasurer-Corporate Finance. He then came to San Francisco, where he was a Vice President at Bank of America and a Managing Director at Bank of America Securities. At BofA he held a variety of corporate finance advisory and investment banking positions, with a focus on debt financing and asset securitization.
After leaving BofA, he served as an independent financial consultant, including long term assignments at PG&E during its bankruptcy financing and at VISA during its reorganization and IPO.
Besides teaching at Golden Gate University, he is currently a Lecturer at Santa Clara University and is an instructor in the CFA exam review program presented by the CFA Society of San Francisco.
