I hold the Certified in  Financial Forensics (“CFF”) certification from the American Institute of Certified Public  Accountants (“AICPA”). I have a Masters in Business Administration (“MBA”) with an Emphasis in Finance. My work in the accounting profession includes experience as an auditor at Ernst & Young LLP, as the Controller of a publicly traded software company, and as a consultant.
