Leslie Swanson has over 30 years of proven corporate management expertise in Organizational Development/Leadership Development including 20 years working in Southeast Asia with international companies, non-profits and government organizations. She has strong project management and team leadership skills in delivering strategic objectives, employee growth and development and enhancing client satisfaction. In addition, Leslie is passionate about incorporating innovative neuroscience research into change management and coaching.

Leslie has worked in the Human Capital field both internally and externally as a consultant.  Some of her past positions include Organizational Development Leader for Merck, Sharp & Dohme, regional Senior Consultant for The Gallup Organization and William M. Mercer, and Executive Director of her own consulting firm. Prior to working in Asia, Leslie was Vice-President/Director at the University of Phoenix, Director of Nursing Support Services at McKay-Dee Regional Medical Center, and a Financial Analyst at Norton Christensen.
