Rick is a Human Resource Consultant based in San Francisco focusing on Executive Search and HR Consulting services for a variety of industries and professions. Previously he served as Vice President of Human Resources for Parsons Water and Infrastructure, a Global Business Unit within Parsons Corporation. His responsibilities included the strategic HR direction for this professional services firm focused on domestic and international Water and Infrastructure markets.
