Stephen Jeong is managing director of Waypoint People Solution – a management advisory firm that combines research in psychology with cutting-edge statistics to bring high precision, evidence-based solutions to clients. Over the past 12 years, Jeong has worked with both government and private organizations in the areas of executive selection, leadership competency design, certification testing, and employee surveys. Using research evidence as a guide, he is passionate about designing and validating high-precision assessments related to executive selection and development.
