Susan is an award-winning communications professional with experience honed at leading Fortune 100 companies. She has served in senior roles at The Walt Disney Company she provided communications leadership for Disneys publicly-traded Internet unit, positively positioning the business and management as credible leaders. As head of global communications for Hewlett-Packard Companys $8 billion consumer technology business (all products based on the inkjet printing platform as well as scanners and digital cameras), she raised the profile of this significant operation and its executives as strong contributors to HPs profits a key goal.

As a communications consultant, she has represented United Airlines, re-establishing Uniteds corporate communications function in San Francisco in a post 9/11, bankruptcy environment. She is currently employed as communications consultant to Cisco Systems. She has been a frequent guest on TV and radio news programs, and a speaker at forums on the subject of wise credit use and financial privacy. She received the Silver Anvil, the public relations industrys highest honor, from the Public Relations Society of America for her work at Visa.
