Terry Curl is a registered professional engineer and currently works for a large global engineering and construction company. He spent 23 years in the US Army as a military officer. He served overseas in Vietnam, Korea, Panama, and Europe. Curl also had assignments in the Pentagon and other US installations. Since leaving the US Army, he worked as an Assistant City Manager and City Manager and with several engineering companies besides his current employer.
