Dr. Loney is a partner in Timner Consultant Group specializing in human resources, training and OD, quality, change management, and organizational redesign. Clients include Alameda County, City of Oakland, East Bay Regional Park District, Sacramento County, Monterey County Water Treatment District, ILC Technology, Newark (Calif.) Chamber of Commerce, United Way of the Bay Area, Bank of America, IEM Manufacturing, and Micron Semiconductor.

 

Tim has over 25 years experience managing personnel, training, and quality management programs in the federal government (GSA, IRS, DOL, Navy) and City of Oakland. As chief training consultant for Alameda County, he developed and delivered training on diversity management, violence prevention, team building, and supervisory skills. As a member of the first quality management team at GSA (U.S. government), he was responsible for implementing a nationwide training program affecting over 25,000 employees. Training included quality tools, interaction skills, and team building.

 

Tim is a certified Deming Master Trainer and is licensed to use the MBTI personality profile instrument. He is also certified to deliver all of the training modules of Developmental Dimensions International (DDI), one of the largest training vendors in the U.S.
