ORIENTATION
New Student Orientation is your opportunity to learn about the services available to you as a GGU student, to ask questions, meet some of the faculty members, meet other new students, get academic advising and register for classes if you have not done so already.
GGUTOPIA
GGUTOPIA is an annual lifestyle fair with an opportunity to enjoy free food and goodies and connect with students, faculty, staff and local and national vendors. Some of last year's vendors included, 24 Hour Fitness, STA Travel, Naked Juice, Zubio, Comcast, ZipCar, American Red Cross and Well Fargo Bank. Stay tuned for the next event.
INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION WEEK
International Education Week is a joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide.
Check out some of last year's highlights:
- Performance by Abada Capoeira, a Brazilian martial arts group.
- SGA hosted movie night.
- Several chances to win free prizes by entering the IEW raffle.
- SGA and Student Clubs hosted the Cultural and Club Fair with samples of foods from around the world and live music.
