GGU4YOU is a Web interface that allows you to access information contained in the administrative database used by GGU.

For Help and answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for student and applicant transactions, please refer to GGU4YOU Student Help index.

How do I get an account?

  • Applicants: Your GGU4YOU user name and password will be sent automatically to your e-mail address when you apply for admission to the University.
  • Applicants to the School of Law: Your GGU4YOU user name and password will not be sent when you apply for admission. Rather, your login information will sent automatically to your e-mail address when you are admitted to the School of Law.
  • New Faculty: Your GGU4YOU user name and password will be sent automatically to your e-mail address when your record is created in the administrative database. If you do not receive it, you may look up your account online or request an account online.
  • Students: If you are already a GGU student, see the section "Do I already have an account?" below. If you have never received your GGU4YOU user name, please look up your account online.

Do I already have an account?

GGU4YOU accounts have been created for all currently registered students. If you have not received a GGU4YOU user name and password or have never used GGU4YOU in the past, you may look up your account online.

If you know your GGU4YOU user name and have forgotten your password, you may reset your password online.
