Why does the video play as black & white instead of in color?
If color video is playing back as black and white disable "optimized video" in your RealPlayer. To do this:
- On the Tools menu, click Preferences. The Preferences box opens.
- In the Category pane, click Hardware.
In the Video Card Compatibility section, drag the slider to Most reliable.
- Click OK.
- Close RealPlayer and restart the computer.
