| BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE OF JOB |
|
Provides support and coordination for prospective students through initial enrollment by assisting in the overall planning, organizing, and directing of the University's enrollment functions; assists Associate Director in day-to-day activities and projects.

| ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS |
• Supports prospective students by providing initial program and admission information; supports and reinforces Enrollment Counselor’s rapport with prospective and new students; assists Enrollment Counselor’s with management of prospective and new student caseloads using the customer relations management (CRM) systems.
• Manages prospective and new student caseload using customer relationship management databases.
• Processes new applications; new student application drawer maintenance; assist with management of the new student deregistration list; manage daily error reports within the CRM system; assist with tracking of new student document check (Transcripts, SOP, Resume, Test Scores); assist with management of Express Admission Events (RSVP list, catering, set up, and event statistics).
• Assist with cashiering and registration: Process seat deposits, transcript requests, testing fees, and applications fees; daily reconciliation of all transactions.
• Assist in day-to-day management of the front desk and sustains performance at high levels of inbound phone contacts and various other front desk responsibilities; manage and respond and/or redistribute email in Enrollment Service’s various email boxes.

| QUALIFICATIONS |
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a regionally accredited four-year college or university.
A minimum of two years work experience. Exposure to a higher education or inside sales organization is a plus.
