1. Create an equal protection challenge to the Georgia anti-sodomy statute at issue in Bowers v. Harwick. Assume that the record in Bowers v. Hardwick reveals that the Georgia anti-sodomy law had been applied against homosexuals only.

2. Create an equal protection challenge to the Texas anti-abortion statute at issue in Roe v. Wade.
