Outstanding Graduate Honoree
Nikolay Stoychev moved to the U.S.A. in 2002, right after receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from a top business school in Bulgaria. After completing his management internship with Gap Inc. in Boston and obtaining his Green Card he moved to California and started a career in the logistics field. After six years of being involved with the operations management and business analysis of a transportation company, Nikolay felt the need to continue his education and enrolled in GGU’s Operations and Supply Chain Management MBA program.
He graduated with honors in 2012, and continued his career development by landing a position with the supply chain department of Bio-Rad Laboratories, one of the country’s leading bio-tech companies. Nikolay enjoyed all of his classes and most importantly the hands on, practical approach to education at Golden Gate University. He would like to thank his great teachers and especially to Dr. Richard Dawe for his professional support and “addictive” passion for the supply chain.
