A. Beyond governance, the opportunity to partner with extremely talented people who are individually and collectively passionate about GGUs distinctive impact across all stakeholder groups.

A. I was afforded a remarkable opportunity to learn and help shape the new GGU story.

A. The university and its students commonly considered best in class against all meaningful measures.

A. BS mass communications, Norfolk State University; MS personnel administration, Golden Gate University
Q. How many years have you been in your field?
A. Human resources and communications combined, 34 years.

A. Hospitality sector and issues management.
Q. Can you describe your current role at SeaWorld of
A. I provide strategic management and oversee all personnel-related matters for approximately 4,500 employees (including part-time summer staff). I manage the directors for staffing, systems compliance, organizational training and development, and safety and risk management. Im also responsible for SeaWorlds frequent involvement in government and community affairs.
