Anthony J. Kim has served as an adjunct professor at Golden Gate University since 2003. He is also currently Senior Counsel with the Office of Chief Counsel, Large Business & International Division, Internal Revenue Service, where he has won awards in Research and Litigation. He is a member of the New York State Bar and admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court. From 2008-2009, Anthony served as an Executive Director of Tax Controversy and Risk Management Services with Ernst & Young, LLP. Before joining Ernst & Young, he served as the Deputy Area Counsel (Large & Mid-Size Business Division) with the Office of Chief Counsel, IRS. In addition, he supervised national industry programs covering Sports, Telecommunications, Gaming, High Technology, Research Credit, Media & Entertainment. He began his career with Chief Counsel in 1995 after graduating from Brooklyn Law School. Anthony holds a B.A. in Political Science from Amherst College, a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and an M.B.A. from the College of William & Mary.
