Arthur Perkins is a consultant and investor. He has nearly 30 years of experience in value-based management, strategy & operations, turnaround and financial restructuring consulting. His industry experience includes manufacturing, retail, food processing, telecommunications media and technology. He retired in December 2010 as co-head of Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP’s western U.S. restructuring practice. Arthur has testified as an expert witness on financial and accounting matters over 25 times. Prior to his consulting career he served for over ten years with CPA firms as an auditor of public and private company financial statements. He holds an active CPA license in California, and a Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor credential issued by the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors. He is a past chairman of the Turnaround Management Association and a member of the Forensic Accounting Advisory Board at Golden Gate University. Arthur received a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley College and has completed classes in finance, real estate and economics at University of California - Berkeley’s Graduate Business School.
