Claudia Choy is a Trusts and Estates Attorney and Mediator at her own firm, the Law Office of Claudia Choy. Her practice includes estate planning, trust administration, probate, conservatorships and related tax planning. Claudia is admitted to practice law in California and Hawai’i. She is a member of the California State Bar-Taxation and Trusts & Estates Sections and the Hawai’i State Bar Association. Claudia is also a trained mediator working with parties to resolve estate and inheritance controversies. Before starting her own office, she worked for small firms practicing in estate planning and civil litigation. In addition, she served as an Assistant Professor at University of San Francisco School of Law. Claudia holds a B.A. in Political Science with a Minor in American Studies from the University of Hawaii, a J.D. from the University of the Pacific and an LL.M. in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
