Diana Chen currently practices in the areas of business, real estate, and tax law. She is a member of the taxation sections of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association, and is a member of the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area. Diana holds a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and an L.L.M. in Taxation from Northwestern University School of Law.
