Gabriel Cohen is Director of Tax Mergers and Acquisitions for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where his responsibilities include advising clients on the tax implications of structuring corporate acquisitions, restructuring financially troubled companies, structuring of joint ventures and business alliances, internal restructuring of corporate groups and analyzing the tax implications of debt instruments. He has extensive experience in corporate transactions, partnership transactions and debt restructuring for a wide variety of clients. In addition, he is a California licensed CPA. Gabriel holds a B.S. in Accounting and a Master of Business Taxation from University of Southern California.
