Iana Zemniakova has worked as an adjunct professor at Golden Gate University since 2008. She is also a Vice President of Finance and Controller at RGB Spectrum and a founder and instructor of American Modern School of Accounting. She is a California licensed CPA and a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. From 2008-2010, Iana served as a California Society of CPAs Committee Chair, QuickBooks Users Group, East Bay Chapter. Iana’s specialities include accounting policies, controls and procedures, cost reduction programs, bank relations, insurance evaluation, cash management, revenue recognition, FP&A, budgeting and forecasting, financial audit, ERP selection and implementation, payroll, HR and benefits administration. Positions she has held include Accounting Manager, Accounting Consultant, Controller, Director of Finance, General Counsel and Attorney at Law. Iana holds a B.S. from the Academy of Business Administration and a Masters in Accountancy from Golden Gate University. In 2009, Iana received the Outstanding Graduate Accounting Student Award from GGU.
