James Henderson's Bio

James Henderson has taught at Golden Gate University since 1988. He became full time faculty at GGU in 1989 and is currently the Director of the Estate Planning Certificate Program. He is an Attorney-at-Law and an inactive licensed CPA. James’ areas of specialization include federal income taxation of trusts and estates, property transactions and estate and gift taxation. James holds a B.A. in Accounting from San Francisco State University and a J.D. from University of San Francisco.
