Jim Schwartz has taught at Golden Gate University since 1995 with financial accounting as his field of specialty. He is also a licensed CPA. Jim was the Chair of the Accounting Department at Golden Gate University for thirteen years. After graduating from University of Iowa, Jim was drafted into the Army. After two years in the army, he became a real estate salesman and then went to graduate school. After obtaining an Accounting degree, he started a 12-year career in equipment leasing. Jim holds a B.S. in Industrial Relations from University of Iowa and an M.S. in Accounting from University of Wisconsin.
