Luke Welmerink is an Adjunct Professor in the Bruce F. Braden School of Taxation at Golden Gate University and a Tax Manager at Ormat Technologies, Inc., in Reno, Nevada. Formerly, Luke worked as an International Tax Specialist at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in San Francisco. His practice consists of U.S. and international tax compliance matters, inbound and outbound global restructuring, and ASC 740 tax provisions. He is an active member of the California Bar. Luke holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Saint Mary's College, and both a J.D. and an LL.M. degree in taxation from Golden Gate University School of Law.
