In addition to teaching at Golden Gate University, Russell Jacobus teaches accounting and business finance classes at Holy Names University and has taught postgraduate finance at Keller Graduate School Management. He is currently an active member of the State Bar of California and the American Accounting Association. Russell has worked for Safeway as a Vice President-Asset Finance and worked with a boutique investment banking firm specializing in private placements for retailers before founding F.S.T.R., Inc. He has appeared as an expert witness in real estate-related litigation and has advised private clients on prospective real estate investments. Russ serves on the Board of Directors for Critter Lovers at Work, a local non-profit organization. He holds a B.A. in Spanish and a J.D. from Santa Clara University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Saint Mary’s College.
