Wendell Hutchinson joined Golden Gate University in 2008 after retiring from the partnership of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Dell is a member of the California Bar (inactive) and is a CPA in California. During his 25 years at PwC, Dell specialized in a number of technical issues, including Financial Accounting for Income Taxes/FIN 48, Corporation and S Corporation Income Taxation, Partnership Taxation, and Taxation of US inbound and outbound International Business. He served clients in a wide variety of industries, including services, software, automotive, venture capital, med tech, tech manufacturing, biotechnology, food processing, real estate, and distribution. He also led PwC tax recruiting at University of California and taught numerous staff training courses. Dell holds a B.A. in Humanities from the University of California and a J.D. and an LL.M. in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
