William Norman has worked for Golden Gate University for 30 years and is currently a Senior Adjunct Professor in the Graduate School of Taxation. He is also currently Managing Partner in the LA office of Ord & Norman. He specializes in international taxation. In 2008, he won the Dana Latham Memorial Award for Contributions to the Field of Taxation from the Los Angeles County Bar, Tax Section. William holds an A.B. in Economics from University of California, Berkeley, a J.D. from University of California, Berkeley School of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University.
