LAW 740

Students examine Uniform Commercial Code article 2, which governs the domestic sale of goods, and survey law governing the international sale of goods. Topics include warranties, manner, time and place of performance, buyers' and sellers' remedies for breach of contract, and limitations on freedom of contract. This course counted toward completion of the California Bar Subject Requirement prior to Fall 2017 matriculants.
