1910	Thomas Hayden is appointed Dean. June 1: The YMCA Law School is incorporated to confer degrees. November 10: The new YMCA building at 220 Golden Gate Avenue opens. The educational arm of the YMCA changes its name to Golden Gate Evening College. The name, suggested by a law student, Charles Pool, is chosen as "symbolic of romantic California." 1914	J.E. White is appointed Dean.
1923	April 9: Golden Gate College is incorporated as an educational institution but still maintains close ties to the YMCA.
1928	The first two women graduate from the law school. 1928 graduates of Golden Gate University School of Law, including the first two female graduates
1929	1929 graduates of Golden Gate University School of Law. Dean White is seated at the right.
