ELJC Staff

Shanna Foley is a staff attorney with the Clinic. She graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2010 with specializations in environmental and public interest law. During law school, Shanna was an ELJC student-clinician and an editor for the Law School's Environmental Law Journal. She also completed internships at the Center for Biological Diversity, the Law Offices of Stephen Volker, the Homeless Advocacy Project, and the Public Utilities Commission.

Fe Gonzalez is the Clinic's program assistant. Before joining us in June 2002, Fe worked for 22 years at Aboitiz & Co. as a paralegal and legal secretary for a consortium of shipping companies in the Philippines. She earned her Associate Degree at Philippine Christian University.

Ken Kloc is ELJC's environmental analyst, supporting the legal staff on Clinic projects and helping student clinicians with the technical aspects of their casework. Ken has broad experience in the field of environmental science and health, including health risk assessment, regulatory analysis, air pollution modeling, and environmental GIS mapping. He provides technical assistance to our clients on scientific matters at hearings and in meetings with agency representatives. He holds a Ph.D. in chemistry and a Master's degree in public health from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Rosina Roibal is BAEHC's program coordinator. She has been an environmental and social justice organizer throughout her life, working with SouthWest Organizing Project (Albuquerque, NM) as a youth and arts organizer, and serving on the coordinating council of the Southwest Network for Environmental and Economic Justice. She was also a campus anti-toxics organizer in New Orleans' "Cancer Alley." Rosina obtained her Bachelor's degree in music education at Loyola University and her Master's in music performance at University of New Mexico.
