Keynote Speaker: Professor Michael Alsuel Ntumy A recognized international legal scholar who has taught law in 5 reputable universities spread across 3 continents: Former Professor of Law at Hawassa University, Awassa, Ethiopia; University of Papua New Guinea, Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea; and Visiting Professor of Law at University of Ottawa, Ottawa, Canada. Served as Dean of Post Graduate Studies and Acting Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Papua New Guinea; Legal Consultant to Asia Foundation, San Francisco, USA; and Legal Advisor to the Governments of Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands and Vanuatu. Currently Director of the Legal Division of Innovative Services International, a Think Tank in Accra, Ghana
