Admissions

The LLM in United States Legal Studies Program seeks students who have earned a JD or equivalent degree. Graduates of ABA-accredited and California-accredited law schools are eligible for admission. Graduates of US non-accredited or correspondence law schools must have been admitted to a US bar to qualify for admission.

Applicants with non-US law degrees must demonstrate academic credentials comparable to those held by graduates of ABA law schools or admission to law practice in their home country.
