Women's Employment Rights Clinic (WERC) generally accepts new cases August through November and January through April. Our hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. During the summer months and during the December semester break, the clinic works with a reduced staff.

WERC does not take drop-ins. People seeking help must call and speak with a clinic student who will conduct a telephone interview. All interviews are conducted by students under the immediate supervision of WERC attorneys.
