Graduate Law Fellowship

WERC has a one year Graduate Law Fellowship. The Fellow generally is a former clinic student who joins the WERC staff as a junior attorney and student supervisor. Students or recent law graduates who are interested in a WERC Law Fellow position should contact Professors Seville and Ng.

Our law fellows have gone on to work at the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, the National Labor Relations Board, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal, California Public Employee Relations Program at the U.C. Berkeley Institute of Industrial Relations, Weinberg, Roger & Rosenfeld, Siegel and Lewitter, Hoffman & Lazear, Law Offices of Robert C. Goodman, and other private employment law firms.

The fellowship is funded through individual donations, cy pres class action donations, grants and attorneys fees. If you are interested in supporting the fellowship, information on making your tax-deductible donation is available here.
