How to Get Help
The Clinic accepts new cases from August through November and January through April. We are not a drop-in clinic. Workers seeking assistance must call and speak with a clinic student who will do a preliminary phone interview. We handle a variety of employment related matters including wage and hour violations, discrimination, harassment, pregnancy accommodation, family leave laws and unemployment insurance. Our emphasis is on serving low income clients. We do not handle worker's compensation claims.
