Law School Registrar's Office

The Law School Registrar's Office is responsible for maintaining all records pertaining to a Law School student's academic history, which typically begins with registration and ends with graduation. As instructed by the admissions director, the registrar will register first-year JD students for their fall semester courses. (Entering JD students are not allowed to choose their sections or instructors.) Registration statements with schedules will be provided at orientation. The registrar will also register first-year JD students for their spring semester courses and statements will be mailed to students.

In addition to conducting registration, the office publishes course schedules for each term, maintains student files, creates student ID cards, processes loan deferments, records grades, prepares academic progress evaluation reports, awards degrees, sends diplomas, and certifies graduates for bar exams.
