featuring Thomas G. Manolakas and Daniel L. Raiskin

Thomas G. Manolakas, of counsel to Boutin Dentino in Los Angeles, is nationally renowned for his expertise in the areas of partnership and real estate taxation. He has authored numerous books and publications, is a frequent lecturer and has taught taxation at several California universities, including Golden Gate University.

Daniel L. Raiskin, an attorney with Raiskin & Revitz in Los Angeles, specializes in the areas of federal taxation and international finance, taxation and exchange controls. He currently devotes most of his time advising real estate investors and professionals regarding the use of partnerships, offshore companies, trusts and US tax planning techniques. He teaches and lectures frequently on tax and financial topics, including at Golden Gate University. He has written various computer programs to handle complex tax and financial computations, such as Section 1031 Exchanges and special partnership allocations.
