Adjunct Professor Bradley R. Marsh represents clients in all aspects of state and local tax matters, including audit, governmental relations, litigation, planning, and transactional matters. Professor Marsh has represented numerous clients in tax matters relating to business licenses, credits, documentary/ real estate transfers, employment, franchise (incl. unitary business and apportionment), income (incl. CA personal and trust residency), transient occupancy, property, parking, parcel, personal responsibility, property, sales, utility user, and other taxes and fees. Professor Marsh is currently an attorney with Greenberg Traurig.
Professor Marsh teaches California Property Taxation in Golden Gate University School of Law's Tax LLM program. Before teaching at Golden Gate University, Professor Marsh taught at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.Professor Marsh is the chair of the Executive Committee of the Taxation Section of The State Bar of California, and regularly authors and speaks about state and local tax law issues.Professor Marsh holds a BA in Honors in English from California State University, Northridge, and a JD degree from University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
