Professor Adib represents international and domestic corporations in business, manufacturing, and export/import related transactions. Dr. Adib has practiced law in the Middle East, where he represented industrial & vehicle manufacturers as well as vessel owners in business transactions and arbitration proceedings. Arbitrations include ICC France tribunals, Singapore International Arbitration Centre, United Nations Tribunals, and other Ad Hoc proceedings. He also advises multi-national companies on international transactions, trade regulations, IP licensing, and other related transactions.

After completing his undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley, Hamed Adibnatanzi recived his JD (Juris Doctor), an LLM (Masters of Law) in International Legal Studies (with Honors), and an SJD (Science of Jurisprudince Doctorate) in International Legal Studies studying under Professor Dr. Christian Okeke. His dissertation examined legal issues arising from the use of economic sanctions.Professor Adib has taught courses in International Trade Law, International Contracts, and International Comparative Legal Systems, as well as lectured on International Dispute Resolution, International Investment Law, and Islamic Law topics.Dr. Adib currently serves as an attorney in San Francisco, advising companies on all matters relating to business transactions, manufacturing, trade regulations, and economic sanctions.
