Adjunct Professor Ken Wilson is a partner in the Litigation Practice Group of Carr & Ferrell. Prior to joining Carr & Ferrell, Mr. Wilson was a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, and served as the Managing Partner of the San Francisco office of Perkins Coie, a leading national law firm. Professor Wilson has substantial experience representing both emerging growth technology companies and more established companies, and specializes in intellectual property litigation and counseling, ITC litigation, Internet litigation and technology-related commercial litigation. Distinguished by his demonstrated professional expertise, Professor Wilson has been recognized since 2007 as a Northern California "Super Lawyer" in the field of intellectual property litigation, and has served as lead counsel on several groundbreaking intellectual property and Internet litigation matters. He also moonlights as the assistant coach for the boys' frosh-soph basketball team at Half Moon Bay High School.

Professor Wilson teaches "Internet and Software Law" at Golden Gate University School of Law. Professor Wilson holds a BS in agricultural and managerial economics from UC Davis, and a JD degree from UC Berkeley School of Law.
