What is my balance?
You can find this information under "Account Summary" or "Account Summary by Term". If there is a discrepancy, please contact Student Accounting Services at ggu4you@ggu.edu (Subject: Student Accounting Question) or (415) 442-7839.
What is my balance with Tuition Management Systems? (For corporate reimbursement or installment payment plans).
Please contact Tuition Management Systems at (800) 722-4867.
When is my payment due?
Payment in full is due immediately upon registration. You may also select other payment options at the time of registration in lieu of full payment.
Where do I get information about a registration 'HOLD' on my account?
For a Tuition Hold, please contact Student Accounting Services at ggu4you@ggu.edu (Subject: Student Accounting Question) or (415) 442-7839. For an Academic Hold, please contact the University Advising Center at ggu4you@ggu.edu (subject: Advising Question) or 415-442-7865.

Law students with an Academic Hold should contact the Law Registrar's Office at lawreg@ggu.edu or 415-442-6620
Where do I send my payment?
Payment should be sent to: Golden Gate University, 536 Mission Street, San Francisco, CA 94105-2968, Attention: Student Accounting Services. If you are signed up with Tuition Management Systems under a corporate reimbursement or installment plan, payment should be sent to: Tuition Management Systems, P.O. Box 0169, Cincinnati, Ohio 45274-0169.
How do I request a refund?
Please contact Student Accounting Services in writing to request a refund at ggu4you@ggu.edu (Subject: Student Accounting Question) or (415) 442-7839. Note: Check requests submitted on Thursday or Friday are mailed on the following Wednesday. Check requests submitted on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are mailed on the following Monday.
How do I resolve a past due balance?

Where do I send my GGU loan (Perkins, Law, GGU and Bar) payment and who is the payee?
Please make check payable to Golden Gate University and sent to: ACS, Attn: Banking, PO Box 1122, Lombard, IL 60148-1122.

Where do I submit my financial and academic petitions?
Student Financial Petitions are to be submitted to Student Accounting Services by e-mail, US mail and fax. Phone number is (415) 442-7839, fax number is (415) 442-7819 and email is ggu4you@ggu.edu (Subject: Student Accounting Question). Law students should not submit Financial Petitions to Student Accounting Services. Instead, submit them to the Law Registrar's Office.

Student Academic Petitions are to be submitted to the University Advising Center at (415) 442-7865 or email to ggu4you@ggu.edu (subject: Advising Question). Law students should not submit Academic Petitions to the University Advising Center. Instead, JD students should submit Petitions for Waiver of Rules and other Academic Petitions to the Associate Dean for Student Services. LLM students should submit Academic Petitions to the Director of their LLM program.
What is the status of my petition?
